What's in the box: 1 wireless keyboard, 1 USB receiver (note: the USB receiver is stored in the keyboard battery compartment). 1 * User manual. Troubleshooting: 1. Try moving the keyboard closer to USB nano receiver 2. Pull out the USB receiver and firmly insert it into USB port 3. If there is a delay in the keyboard, please replace the battery. If the battery level is low, the red power LED will flash every 5 seconds. Insert the nano receiver into another USB port 5 on your PC or laptop. If the power indicator light is red but not responding, try pairing the keyboard and mouse with the nano receiver again. Press and hold "Esc"&"+/-=" for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode on the keyboard. Press and hold the "left, middle, and right" buttons on the mouse for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode
