I have had one white clog so far, but after a few head cleaning passes it cleared up. I WILL say though, if you are looking for a fast mass printing machine this is definitely not one for quick mass print. It IS slow. But is you are a small print here and there business like we are then you should be very pleased with it. All depending on how much patience and quality print you want. I’ve just now received my product and unpacked it yesterday. It was a very easy set up as long as you go by the step by step installation videos located in the silver USB that comes with it. The machine itself is very user friendly especially for a first timer. Had a problem with the oven having an issue in the wiring. The black cable had the ground pinned down on top of a connector which was shorting out the switch from working properly. As soon as the support team and I figured this issue out and moved the black cable and silver ground wire from top of the connector box, it started working like a charm. Support team was beyond nice and very easy to do business with. I will come back at a later date after having used the machine for a while and update everyone on the actual quality and ease of process. Review: Fantastic Machine and Awesome customer service - It took 2 hours of effort to set up, but their customer support is really good. Just top notch, helped me troubleshoot a print head that wouldn’t behave out of the box but Jeeper got it figured out in 20 minutes. I was set up & printing transfers the same day. The installation for this printer is way better than others, despite the initial trouble I ran into. 2 hours to set up and test a DTF printer for the first time really isn’t that bad. The print quality is phenomenal, and the transfers work really well once powdered and cured. The value for what I paid is REALLY good, imo. There's a tear in the one in the photo I attached, but that was my fault. I’m printing transfers that are much better AND cheaper than what I was buying from transfer print websites, and the turnaround time (an hour of my time) is much faster. And I don’t pay shipping. I was struggling with TAT versus having enough of what my customers want in stock for shows without spending hundreds of dollars per order. This printer is worth it. Some tips: - have a pry bar ready. They do not mess around with shipping this in durable packaging. It was in an actual crate. - have a Philips head screwdriver ready. You don’t have to screw much in but you will need it for about 8 small screws. - have disposable gloves and a mask. - make sure you have adequate ventilation, and somewhere safe to park the oven (it radiates some heat - not excessively, but don’t put it on top of a stack of paper or anything). - Have a basic way to control temperature and humidity where you put it. Setting the room up for this printer felt like prepping a terrarium for a pet lizard. I’m kidding, it’s not that bad, but if you feel cold in the room, it’s probably too cold for your printer. And get a dehumidifier or some damp rid if you live somewhere super humid like I do. Basically I love this printer, and I’m glad I picked this one after shopping around for about a year.
