After several failed payment attempts, desertcart informed me that I needed to use a credit card. When I switched to credit card payment, it was also declined. My bank notified me that since this was my first purchase of such a high amount, I needed to authorize the transaction with the bank. Only then was I finally able to complete the purchase.
