The printer, oven and laptop are great quality, and fairly heavy which creates great stability and sturdiness. The after support from Albert was very helpful. The printer needs a little assembly however this is extremely easy if you follow the instructions. I would highly recommend this product and definitely purchase from the seller again. I did make a little error when pressing never done one before but this had no resemblance on the products, this is just a FYI as you may notice it on the pictures. I definitely picked the right products for my new hobby Review: This printer is worthy the price. It was easy to setup. The customer service is great!!!!
