Review: Horrible follow-up less than a year later - Had this less
than a year. Color stopped printing correctly. Contacted the tech
person that I've been dealing with in minor issues. He said to
replace the printhead. I did, and not with a knock-off cheap one,
the one he told me to. Replaced it and still having issues. He
says it's still the printhead. I changed it out the one that was
in the white and still had the same issues with the color not
printing so I know it's not the printhead. I meant to write this
review earlier but I've been too busy playing with the new
printer combo that I kept forgetting. I was hesitant buying this
as I couldn't find many reviews. However, the ones I did said the
products were good and tech support was good. They were not
lying. Tech support had me up and running and walked me through
how to work the printer and software. And when I had issues
remembering something, they were quick to respond and remind me
what to do. I will be purchasing from this company again!!!
