It was on a great offer, and it’s impressed me from the start. Highlights: • Quick, effortless assembly (and I’m usually terrible at that sort of thing). • A generous 5‑metre cord that gives plenty of reach. • Two spare HEPA filters included, which feels like real added value. • Lightweight and easy to handle. • Useful basic tools for everyday cleaning. • Excellent suction power — far more effective than my previous cordless. Honestly, it ticks every box. I couldn’t ask for more at this price. TIP -The small Hepa filter can clog quite quickly, especially if you are using the cleaner on carpet that hasn't been cleaned for while. This can cause the motor to heat up. The filter is very easy to remove and clean so worth checking regularly. Review: Awful - This vacuum cleaner is terrible. The slim nozzle was missing aswell as the bracket to hang it up. Within a week the button for attaching/detaching the parts fell off, but worst of all is it is awful on carpets. Even on my new carpet it just rolled fluff around rather than pick it up. On thicker carpets it has almost no effect. On hard floors it does pick up well. The wire is so sort that it only reaches one room at a time. I have returned this product as it isn't fit for purpose. My advice is spend a bit more for a product that serves it's purpose.
