I have been tracking my activities, like gym workouts and steps, my sleep, my heart rate and so on. It seems to be fairly accurate, with the exception of sleep. I think the sleep feature for some reason thinks I am sleeping when I start to wind down for the night. I like that I can set it to feed to my other health apps on my iPhone so that everything is in sync. It’s easy to set it up and sync it with my iPhone app. It’s done using the VeryFit app. I ordered the black one because it looks cleaner for longer. The screen is large and pretty easy to read without my glasses on, however some of the sub menus are much smaller print, and I need to use glasses to read them. It goes about a week without needing to be charged, and that’s pretty cool. So far, I like it a lot. I do plan to get a different band, because the silicone bands just annoy me….personal preference I guess. Review: Very Good Watch - I’m really impressed with this watch. The battery life is excellent and lasts much longer than I expected. The display is bright, sharp, and very easy to read. There are a lot of features built in, and I’m still exploring everything it can do. One thing I really like is the ability to change the watch face. There are plenty of options included, and you can even purchase additional faces if you want something different. Despite all the features, the watch is surprisingly light and comfortable to wear. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. It does far more than just tell the time, and I’m very happy with my purchase.
