Check whether the remote control has installed batteries (the lighting kit does not come with batteries); 2. Check whether the battery is installed reversely and whether the battery power is sufficient; 3. Check whether the LED on the top of the remote control emits red light; 4. Try to press the corresponding button on the remote control forcefully and hold for 1-2 seconds.
