The recording quality isn't to be knocked back as it does produce pretty decent quality recordings, but does suffer from capturing clear images at night with headlights from oncoming vehicles and can take a second to normalise when they pass. This is perfect if you're on a budget or just starting out and need something basic in place, maybe for your works van, then this will do the job. Note, to get the best out of this, you will need to download and install the app, after which you will be able to connect and manage the dashcam. The unit does not have a display.
