Review: 100% LOVE! - I can’t say enough about this little vacuum! I am thoroughly impressed, and I consider myself a vacuum connoisseur. When I first used it, I’m so embarrassed, but it has such good brush action and sucking power, and this is my only issue and it’s not really an issue. It was pulling up so much dirt that had not been getting pulled up previously , it clogged where the hose reaches its peak. I’d been having a glorious day vacuuming and all of a sudden it seemed to stop sucking. I did everything I could to figure it out and ran and got the box from the trash because I thought I was gonna have to send it back. The next day, I started thinking about it again and looked up some videos to troubleshoot the issue and found that there was an incredible amount of hair and dust in that very peak area at the bend where it goes from the hose to the handle. I got my other vacuum and sucked it out and I’ve been going strong ever since! It leaves great marks on the carpet so I’m confident it’s agitating the fibers. Sometimes I even turn the lights off so I can see what it’s sucking up. It’s very satisfying. The video is in my kitchen on a mat by my sink. It’s been about five days since I vacuumed last. This is on the lowest hard surface setting. Oh, and people who will complain that you have to bend over to change the height setting… That’s ridiculous. Just bend over. One final note is the hose attachment, it’s clear, and of the softer more pliable plastic vs that hard black type hose you sometimes get. It’s also not an unbalanced machine that falls over when you use the attachment. Roller attachment has fantastic power and the point head with the slide brush is a useful tool for baseboards and such. It’s very easy to empty and clean. I wipe it out with a damp microfiber and rinse the bucket and filter, air dry by a floor vent. I really don’t leave a ton of reviews, but I love this vacuum and had to speak to this little beast. For the price, it’s a win, even if it only lasts a year! Love it! Props Bissell, seems you’re making a come back! Review: Good vacuum - Bought to replace an older Bissell model. Wanted something easy for my dad to use because he has mobility issues. This is nice and lighter weight than my older model. Cord is good length and easy to wrap up. I wanted the handle to unlock and use as the extender to suck up vs the kind that you have to undo and add the extender pieces yourself. This is much easier to just hit the button and unlock the handle to then use as you need. No more bending over and struggling and also having to worry about the extra pieces having to lock in and take apart. It's an ease of use convenience. I like having the lights on the front to see messes or under furniture. Has great suction. Not too loud. Easy to dump full canister. Locks in easy as well. It's much more fluid to push it having the swivel feature so you can easily maneuver around objects. Totally worth the price.
