It is lightweight and manuevers easily around furniture. But one of the best features about this model is that you can completely disassemble and wash the all of the external parts, and sponge filter. It is easy to take apart and reassemble. Air dry for 24 hours---and it works like it is brand new! It is sturdy, powerful and you can also use it on bare floors.
