I'm female and got a size 8, I'd normally be a K,L,M, and it fits my index and middle finger. I could've got a size down , 7, for a more snug fit. It measures hourly, and can track workouts too although not too many options with this. Easy to set up and came fully charged. App is nice and simple to use too. Would make a lovely gift too. Still has 100% battery after 24hrs.
