While it looks lovely, that is unfortunately the only positive. I have tried every setting and carefully read the manual, but the water only comes out lukewarm at best. When making tea, it leaves a cloudy layer on top, clearly showing the water has not been made hot enough. The coffee setting is even worse the drink is completely cold, not even slightly warm. This is the worst purchase I’ve made in a long time, and I am extremely disappointed, especially given the price. If I had kept the packaging, I would be returning it. I did not expect this level of performance for the amount it cost.
