In short this is an unbranded tool with a surprisingly good quality feel to it. The body is textured and grippy while having a good weighty feel. There is just one button, long press on/off, single press to go through the speed settings 1 to 8. The display shows the speed setting and a 3 bar battery level indicator. It arrives in an ordinary cardboard box and no storage case is provided. There are 2 batteries, a full charge of a depleted battery takes 3 hours. At speed 3 and parked on a shelf it ran non stop for 1h 5mins on one full battery charge. This is an inexpensive tool that's well made and I was quite impressed by it. The lack of a case is disappointing but given the price I can't complain. Review: Great little buffer, with everything you need. - I was surprised by how complete this is, it comes with multiple batteries, which is great for making sure your car is fully polished, although I found one battery pretty much did the whole thing. It’s sturdy and looks like it will be last for many years. I was happy with all the accessories and buffers and pads, which includes pretty much everything you will need and one or two extras you might never use. I’m taking one star off the review because the cover over the battery indicator and power button was not attached on delivery. This was simple to fix, because it had become unstuck, but I’m wondering how long it will remain in place. Not that it would stop the device working in any way, and I’m happy with the results.
