It gave a good whistle and the spout and lid are nice and sturdy not loose. The handle was hot to touch even though it looked thick enough not to heat up so wrap the handle with cloth etc when picking up the kettle. Seems well made not sure how long the handle would last with heavy use. The handle is riveted so you can fold it down, which is handy for storage. Review: Lovely Cream Kettle - Love it 🥰
