Size is great, looks amazing, and functioned perfectly right out of the box it just works well. Honestly, they’ve all been great but they were all condenser so external noise was always present when party chatting. When I needed a new mic I decide on this dynamic Shure mic. They’re pretty much the most popular mics right? And for good reason. I’m no pro so didn’t go all out with the SM7B and this seemed liked a good middle ground and it’s been great. Great construction quality and simple design with a nice weight to it. It’s not so sensitive that it captures background noise loudly and having the mic up close captures your voice perfectly. Nice and crisp with good clarity that just has a different sound to other mics. I’ve been using it on my PS5 connected via Elgato Wave XLR and works without issues. Also have it connected to my PC via Minifuse 2 audio interface with cloudlifter and no issues there either. Definitely recommended if you want want a high quality mic without breaking the bank too much.
