Review: Surprisingly Impressive Styling Set — Lightweight,
User-Friendly, and Great Value - I will start by saying that I
own a very expensive branded hairdryer from a very well-known
company, and despite the huge price difference, I am genuinely
very, very impressed by this styling set. There are so many
things I like about it. First of all, it looks really smart in
black and gold. The cable is thick and sturdy, which is something
I always notice, thinner cables usually make an item feel cheap,
but this one feels high-quality. Another major plus for me is how
lightweight it is. I currently suffer from tendonitis, and this
makes a massive difference. I can style my hair without
triggering pain, so for anyone with dexterity issues or hand
problems, this is very user-friendly. The design is also great.
Instead of buttons, you control the settings with a wheel,
switching it on/off and choosing the temperature (low, medium,
high). It slides easily with very minimal effort, which is
perfect for anyone who finds pressing buttons painful. You change
the attachments by pressing a single button, but I personally
only do this once during my routine. I start by using my normal
hairdryer to remove most of the moisture, and then I switch to
this styler to finish drying and styling, which saves me time.
I’ve used both the paddle brush and the round brush. The paddle
brush dries my hair smooth and flat with no volume, while the
round brush gives me lovely volume and even with my hand/arm
issues, I was able to achieve this easily. My hair is very long
(waist-length), and I was able to dry and style it completely in
16 minutes from start to finish. One thing that genuinely
surprised me is that this styler doesn’t pull or tangle my hair,
something my extremely expensive styler does do. This alone makes
a huge difference. I haven’t used the curling attachments yet
because I currently have a Brazilian straightening treatment, but
it’s great that the set includes two curling barrels (left and
right) as well as a thermal glove. That makes the whole set feel
even better value for money. Overall, I’m extremely impressed,
much more than I expected. This is a lightweight, user-friendly,
well-designed styler that performs beautifully and offers
fantastic value.
