Included are two handles, a "U" and a side handle so you can choose. The one thing is that the motor will get warm if pressing too hard. Variable speed works well, as does the switching of pads (Velcro). All of that said, if I had it to do again, I'd have purchased a dual action polisher instead of a rotary one. Still, this is a quality tool at a good price.
