So I purchased this Pyle microphone system for our ministry. I'll admit that I struggled with the installation. We got a loud squealing during initial installation. However, the Pyle representative helped walk me through everything. Any way, the mics work great. The sound is crisp and you don't need loud amplification. These mics use 2 AA batteries. I find this to be a more feasable option. One reason is because I've experienced issues with rechargeable mics not charging after days on the charger. Another reason is because it's hard to find other types of microphone batteries. AA batteries keeps it simple. Additionally, these mics travel well. I use different venues and need durable equipment. These mics don't disappoint. They also connect well with other PA systems. I highly recommend these microphones. Review: Great wireless mic system - This wireless microphone system is working great for my needs. I wanted something that I could use for small gatherings and didn’t want to spend too much. The unit includes 4 microphones and a main unit. The microphones are powered by AA batteries. The batteries can be easily installed by screwing off the bottom portion of the mic. Each mic has its own unique color at the bottom to help distinguish between the mics. This bottom portion can also be screwed off and exchanged between the mics if you want to switch the mic color and number combination around to fit your needs. The unit has built a built in Bluetooth receiver that you can use to connect your smartphone or other device to. It pairs easily to your devices because there is no pairing button. You search for the device in your Bluetooth settings and connect. I wish there was a pairing button. Especially for those that have never paired a device to it before. Someone in the audience can just pair to your device and start playing whatever which could be quite embarrassing. Overall, it’s a good unit that’s fitting my needs.
