Not flimsy - Saw this on multiple meal prep videos, and I have to say it works well. The days of using a spatula or 2 forks to shed chicken or beef are gone. Its plastic so it wont scratch or damage non stick surfaces which is a plus. It doesn't feel thin or flimsy, it has a good sturdy feel to it. Even the little blades that chop the food feel stiff. Definitely worth the few bucks.
