Product Details

In the top-down sci-fi action game Blackwind, you control a teenager stuck in a prototype combat suit during an alien invasion. Plunge into battle and light the ranks of opponents to stop a planetary invasion at the last moment.

After the Pandora spaceship is shot down, James Hawkins finds himself trapped in a military battle frame prototype and races towards Medusa-42. The hordes of the Raknos devastate the planet and make every mining colony of humans equal to the ground. James doesn't have much time to master control of the Battle Frame if he wants to survive in this dangerous environment and find his lost father.

But James is not alone in his task - an unexpected ally is hidden in his battle frame.

Choose your style of play: Jump into close combat, shoot at your opponents, fire rocket hail at your opponents, or use the special powers of your combat suit to survive tough showdowns.
Take apart your opponents with brutal moves.
Upgrade your Battle Frame with new powers and expand your skill tree.
Use the Battle Frame drone to expand your combat and exploration skills in the single-player campaign.
Local co-op mode: The battle frame and its drone can be controlled by two players.
