want to revise my previous review for anyone researching Mr. GO
LED globes. Mr. GO promptly responded directly to me letting me
know that they stand behind the quality of their products by
replacing my 8 inch LED globe without any hassle on my part. I
received a brand new 8 inch globe within a few days. I was also
provided additional tips for use & storage to help prolong the
life of the globes. It's important for customers to know that
Mr.GO 100% stands behind their products & they genuinely care
about their customers! Shout out to Amanda, Customer Support &
Bruce, Sales Manager, who both went above & beyond to show the
commitment of Mr.GO to their customers & their products!
Purchased 5/2022 and as of July 4, 2025, it is dead! I only use
these in these in the summer months (June, July, August) & maybe
twice a month. That equates to about 18 uses! Not very good for
the price! They are very pretty, so I give it 2 stars.
