I had a problem with the handle to start with but watched the video and got sorted. The draining of the oil is so easy and clean. The only downside for me is how much oil it needs the 3 litres to make sure chips are covered. Sturdiness is good. Heat up is quick. Shame the handle doesn't go down but overall brilliant machine. Highly recommend.
