Mine arrived carefully packaged with a hair net around her curls, gorgeous dangle earrings and fantastic shiny black boots to go with her cute little dress. Face paint was perfectly applied and everything is great about the doll. However, if you're planning to take her hair down from the ponytail/poof at the back, you're going to have to use heat to restyle her hair or accept that the top 3rd of her hair is going to have a different texture than the rest. For real curly hair, you can just wash your hair and the curls come back, but for synthetic doll hair, you have to restyle and reheat the hair, like with boiling water. (If you use human curling irons or straighteners, you risk burning the doll hair, which is worse!) A gorgeous doll, a good value, great for kids who are old enough to not put tiny accessories in their mouths! But at the regular price there is no way I could!! They are definitely a little pricey! But so gorgeous! She is able to make it do tons of different poses very easily! It super fun for her!
