In the worker placement game Agricola, you start with two family members who initially live in a wooden house. You can perform an action with each of your people per round. When you collect wood and reeds, you can expand your house and then increase your family. To gain nutritional values, your field plows and sows seeds. You will harvest your grown cereals and vegetables in the harvest time, when your animals also multiply. For animal breeding, pastures must be fenced, on which sheep, wild boars and cattle can graze.

Some training or acquisition ensures the maintenance of the family. Victory points are available when the wooden house is renovated into a clay house or stone house. But everything else that makes the diet balanced or makes everyday life pleasant brings victory points - especially family growth.
