Sleep mode, it is whisper quiet so you can leave it on during the night. I am quite a light sleeper but it didn’t disturb me at all. It was actually bigger than I thought off the pictures. Perfect for the bedroom. It looks and feels durable and appears to be built to last. Even just after one day then night with it on we both woke up without feeling stuffy. I would definitely recommend!!!! Review: Great product - Really good product for price, cheap to run and gets rid of musty smells. I didn't use with essential oils as I wanted a true test. Very quiet even on 2nd setting. We just run this about 10 hrs per day in our living room. Easy to set up and use.
