Review: Bad! - I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my purchase of the KODAK FunSaver 35mm Single Use Camera. On May 25th, 2023, we purchased your camera in preparation for our holiday to Vietnam. Full of excitement, I took the camera to Max Spielmann (Timpsons) Sinfin, Derby for development on November 11th, 2023. To my devastation, upon picking up the developed photos, I discovered that the camera was faulty, resulting in a complete absence of images (I have tried to contact Kodak in other ways but having no luck whatsoever) I must emphasise that we followed all instructions for using the camera correctly, and it is so disheartening to have missed capturing precious moments from our holiday due to a product malfunction. Max Spielmann had to issue a refund for the undeveloped film, but the disappointment of losing those memories can’t be replaced. At the very least, I am requesting a full refund for the faulty camera. I believe that, as a reputable company, Kodak stands behind the quality of its products and values customer satisfaction. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide a resolution.
