This educational game will complement your child’s nursery teachings. With these 2 caterpillars, their coloured beads and 33 game cards, your child will learn to recognise numbers in all different forms (Arabic numerals, fingers, sides of a dice), add and subtract numbers, express quantities and develop their dexterity, thanks to the beads which must be slotted onto the poles.

Once the numbers have been mastered, this scalable game lets children compare numbers and familiarise themselves with the notions of "greater than", "smaller than" and "equal to" with longer or shorter caterpillars, depending on the number of beads of which they are composed. The cards depicting a bird's beak also introduce the greater than and less than mathematical symbols.

The Janod Pédagogique range was developed with the help of a school teacher to promote teachings for nursery-age children.
