Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get a picture from the camera, all I could get was a blue screen. Contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised that even after three months, they attempted to diagnose what the problem was. After determining that they couldn’t figure out the problem, they sent me a new unit and requested that I return the defective one so they could try to determine why it failed and they also agreed to pay for the return shipping. That’s what you call customer service!! And by the way, the new unit works great and produces a great picture. Review: Great for seeing into your pipes! - They sent me a replacement camera and reel for the one that lost the video in a timely fashion. They seem to be trying to offer a quality product, and aside from the connection from the camera failing on the third use, I think this is a great product, and we’ll see if this one holds up. The original camera and reel worked great on the first two uses. The clarity and tension are just right to navigate the pipes below our house and see what’s happening in there. I tested the first camera on the second unit and the camera worked so the issue occurred with the connection rather than the camera itself. The lock and feed are pretty simple and great to use. I really like this product and hope it works for a while, or at the very least the customer service remains so excellent if issues are encountered. It’s the best plumbing tool I have ever owned, and I have a motorized auto feed snake.
