The quality is outstanding! It's quite pricey but it is WELL WORTH the money. I'm a bit of a collector of silicone baby dolls and this is the first full length, anatomically correct one that I have ever bought for myself and it is incredibly exciting to be the owner of this baby. The skin is extremely soft and has a lovely springy texture. You have to be very gentle with it but it feels nice, just as you'd handle a real life baby. The skin does get very sticky but baby powder helps to smooth it. I'm not too keen on the shape of the back as it is quite concave and doesn't look realistic. Overall though I am very pleased with it.
