Review: Euhomy Water Bottle Pump - A Must-Have for Convenient
Fresh Water! - I was excited when I started noticing these water
bottle pumps and really wanted to try one. Throughout the 90’s
and 2000’s, I used to lug my water jugs to the store and fill
them up in the dispensers that used to sit in front and were coin
operated (yes, I’m old). We recently bought a countertop ice
maker and have been going through quite a bit of bottled water,
because our tap water is so hard. I've been using the Euhomy
Water Bottle Pump for my 5-gallon bottle, and I must say, it has
exceeded my expectations, with a couple of caveats. Here’s why:
Safe and Hygienic The materials used in this pump are top-notch.
The ABS plastic shell feels sturdy and well-insulated, while the
silicone tubing is safe for drinking water. Knowing that the
materials are safe gives me peace of mind every time I use it.
Effortless Dispensing Using this water pump is incredibly easy.
You just attach it to the bottle, press the switch, and you’re
good to go. The 600ml automatic stop function is a game-changer.
It allows me to control the amount of water I dispense, making it
perfect for daily health management and preventing spills.
Versatile and Portable One of the best features of this pump is
its portability. It’s compact and could be used in various
settings - at home, in the office, on outdoor adventures, or
during social events. I am considering bringing it to my 6th
grade classroom, in an effort to cut down on the amount of
individual water bottle pallets that I ask parents to donate. The
USB charging capability is a lifesaver, it charges quickly and
seems to hold the charge for a long time. Fits Various Bottle
Sizes The pump is designed to fit a range of bottle sizes (2, 3,
4, and 5 gallons), which is very convenient. It fits perfectly on
my 5-gallon bottle, but here is caveat #1: I bought an empty
5-gallon square jug at a big box store. It came with a screw-on
lid that must be removed in order to use this dispenser (or any
dispenser). The Euhomy sits loosely on top of the jug - if the
jug was jostled it would easily fall out. I did purchase a pack
of lids here with holes in the center for dispensers, and this
fixed the issue. Caveat #2: finding a place to refill 5-gallon
jugs without paying for a delivery subscription has become
challenging. When I googled water dispensers near me, I found out
that they are close-to-extinct in my suburban neighborhood. It
seemed that the health food grocery store near me (the one that
partners with desertcart) has done away with theirs, even though
the internet indicated otherwise. I drove to several stores that
apparently used to have them, but theirs are gone too. The
closest big box mart that the internet says might have one is
over 20 miles away. I finally found a small private business 5
miles from my house (yay!) and brought my jug there. It did cost
$5 for the 5-gallon refill using my own jug, so the price is a
small savings over buying pallets of water bottles. Overall, the
Euhomy Water Bottle Pump is a fantastic product that combines
safety, convenience, and portability. Whether you're at home or
camping, this pump makes accessing clean drinking water
effortless. Be sure that your water jug has a lid with a
dispenser hole in it and also that you can actually get your
water jugs filled. Highly recommended!
Review: Increase your water consumption - This little device has
made drinking water so much easier and more convenient, both at
home and in the office. Easy to use, simply place it on top of my
5-gallon water bottle,, push the button and voila. The water
flows without any manual pumping required. The dispenser is
compact and lightweight, so I can take it to work, at home or on
camping trips. I do wish it sealed to the jug as it is easy to
knock off the top and one of these times it will break.
