Useless instructions. - The 5 * is for the scanner which is excellent - recommended. However, over an hour of my time was wasted because … 1) There was no disc. Searched for it. Could not find. Eventually I saw it did not actually come with one, despite instructions showing it should. 2) As no disc, have to download. Did download. Scanner would not connect. Spent ages on this. Tried different laptop. Then back to first laptop. Until I noticed that the model cited in the instructions for the download is different to the one in the box. 45 mins of hassle for nothing. Put correct model in. All sorted quickly. So 5* for the scanner. 1* for the instructions. Pity as it ruined what would have been a good experience. Why do companies do this? They should know better nowadays than to give useless time wasting instructions !
