It’s listed as having 23,000 games but is marginally less at around 22,500 (still a ton to keep you busy!) This is a hand held games console in the style of an old GameBoy. There are the main controls on the front of the device as well as four extra control keys on the rear. Each games provides instructions as to the necessary controls. The games are games are grouped into the original console that they were released on. So if you are looking for a game that was on GameBoy Colour you navigate to that section and then scroll through the games. I had a GameBoy Colour back in the day and it’s not the full catalogue of games but it’s a good selection. The games are great fun to play and take you back to a simpler time of gaming. I struggle with the complexity at times of modern games so this is perfect for me. Would also be great for younger gamers looking for a portable device. Battery power is good. Have not yet had to recharge the device and spent a good amount of time using it. My only challenge so far is once you have selected a game I can’t work out how to get to the main menu again without shutting it down and restarting. This could be user error! Occasionally there is a line that appears on the screen when loading but not during game play. As a retro throwback this is a great device, fun for all the family and avoids the need to carry around a console and lots of individual game cartridges. I hope you found this review helpful.
