There's also a healthy community supporting this model with upgrades, advice and mods. Right out of the box, the scale details are impressive although some assembly is required which I personally found enjoyable. The body details like roof racks, spare tire, and even interior elements make it look like a miniaturized version of the real thing. No doubt helped by being a Toyota Licensed product. Theres a capable chassis with multi-link suspension and a leaf spring setup at the rear. All four wheels are driven so the MN82S has grip to overcome obstacles that would leave toy grade RC vehicles stranded. While it might not be indestructible (no RC is!), the materials used feel robust and well-assembled. This makes it an excellent choice for beginners looking to get a taste of the hobby without breaking the bank, as well as enthusiasts who appreciate an and affordable rig to modify. One feature I didn't know about when I ordered is that you can completely remove the rear canopy and turn this into a flatbed truck! There's a video link in the manual showing how to do it.
