It's been well designed and constructed You get 2 decent size saucepans, frying pan and a dinky little kettle. The finish on all the metal ware is good, the non stick layer isn't particularly thick so probably will be prone to scratches. The handles are excellent. Have a clever locking system and are really stable. It's nice to see some design details on everything to make it attractive as well as practical. I really liked the teapot, just the right size for 2 mugs, tight lid for rapid heating. Price wise I think the higher price is worth paying for a decent practical cook set. Weight is quite high, and it's bulky so not really for backpacking unless shared. The whole kit packs away to just about 21 × 11 cm, so it slides into a car trunk or a small backpack with no trouble. It’s a perfect fit for group trips or when you’re traveling with a vehicle. It works great on a gas or solid-fuel stove. The pans are ideal for boiling water using any heat source, just watch out for flame damage on the handles if over an open fire. I found it challenging to keep food from catching when cooking over an on an open fire, so it may be better suited to a more controllable heat source. Overall, this is a superb, durable cooking kit for families or groups that will stand up to years of use when cared for properly.
