Warm Tips on Dragon Touch 4K Portable Monitor:
1. Phones that do not have a full-featured Type C port require an adapter to connect ( iPhone needs lightning to HDMI adapter).
2. Please check if the Type-C port of your laptop is a full-featured Type C port, If not, it would not work with S1 pro portable monitor.（You can connect the monitor with HDMI Cable and Type-C power supply cable.）
3. When connecting a laptop, in order to avoid the screen stop working due to insufficient power supply of the S1 Pro (at least the voltage reaches 5V and the current reaches 3A), you need to use the built-in charging head to connect to the external power supply.
4. To prevent the S1 Pro from shutting down while working If the brightness and volume are adjusted above 70%, connect the S1 Pro to an external power source.
5. Adapters are required for IOS devices, see the manual for details.
6. Make sure that the laptop supports the tpye-c full-featured interface, otherwise the full-featured interface cannot be used. When using, power on the portable screen first, and then connect the portable screen to the computer with a type-c cable.
