How to insert and open a SIM card?

(1) Remove the cover (there is a gap in the lower left corner of the back)

(2) Remove the battery and insert the SIM card, please pay attention to the orientation of the SIM card

Attention: The SIM card must be used with the correct SIM card holder to ensure recognition

(3) Please insert the original battery into the device correctly and cover it with the lid (pay attention to the battery contacts)

(4) Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Wait for about one minute after the screen lights up.

2. Common questions and answers

(1) Unable to open

Please remove the small insulation tape or packaging from the battery and ensure that the device is charged for 3-4 hours.

(2) SIM card not recognized

If the SIM card is not displayed on the screen, please check if the SIM card is inserted correctly. SIM card (must be used with the card holder), if the mini SIM card cannot be recognized, the SIM card may be damaged. In this case, please contact your mobile service provider to resolve the issue.

(3) Unable to connect

Check the power status to ensure that the device is turned on. Check the signal strength to ensure network coverage in the area where the phone is located.
