What to do if the mouse does not respond?
1. Please charge the mouse with a data cable.
2. Try connecting the receiver to another USB port.
3. Make sure the power switch at the bottom of the mouse is on or that the bulb icon is in the "bulb" position.
4. Restart the computer and try again.
5. In 2.4G mode, press and hold the lower Bluetooth button for more than 3 seconds, plug the receiver into the USB port of the computer and wait for the connection to be established (keep a distance of 30 cm between the mouse and receiver during pairing).
