Review: Change Refresh Rate - So Guys I upload the Video showing
how to change refresh rate in this monitor. Everyone saying that
monitor is not 165 hz. Actually to change its refresh rate use
windows setting or display setting to change. Also it won't work
with internal graphics card, you need an external graphics like
nvdia or amd because internal graphics has only 60hz refresh
rate. So I upload a video showing how to change refresh rate.
Also your welcome. And its best display ever in low price and
affordable also.
Review: Zebronics A24 FHD 165Hz Monitor — Performance Adequate,
Warranty is Non-Existent - I purchased the Zebronics A24 FHD
165Hz monitor approximately two years ago. For the price, the
monitor was initially excellent, delivering a smooth 165Hz
refresh rate that made my gaming experience highly enjoyable. It
was a reliable piece of kit—until it wasn't. With a full year
still remaining on the generous three-year warranty, the screen
suddenly failed, displaying pervasive white lines that made it
impossible to use. The failure was abrupt and total, leaving me
dependent on Zebronics to honor their promised support. The
Zebronics Warranty Nightmare I immediately opened a service
request. The regional representative confirmed the product was an
"old version" and not available for a direct replacement or
repair, despite my explicit request for repair. What followed was
a series of deeply unsatisfying options that clearly demonstrated
Zebronics' unwillingness to honor their commitment: Option 1:
Forced Upgrade/Upcharge. I could receive the MT122 N25A 180Hz
model, but only if I paid an additional ₹1200. I firmly believe a
warranty claim should result in a comparable replacement, not a
financial penalty. Option 2: Massive Downgrade. The MT119 EA124
model was offered at no cost, but its refresh rate was a dismal
100Hz. This completely defeats the purpose of buying a gaming
monitor and was an unacceptable downgrade. Option 3: Insufficient
Credit Note. They offered a credit note of only ₹3059, which is
an inadequate refund for a two-year-old monitor that cost
substantially more and still had a year of intended use
remaining. When I suggested the closely comparable N24A model, I
was told it was out of stock and unavailable for warranty
settlement. However, during the subsequent Diwali desertcart
festival, the exact N24A model was available for public sale.
When I contacted Zebronics again, their response was shocking:
the stock was "for sale only and not for warranty settlement."
This confirmed that the company had inventory but simply refused
to dedicate it to fulfilling its legal and ethical warranty
obligations. desertcart: The Real Customer Service Hero With
Zebronics having denied repair, refused a proper replacement, and
effectively invalidated their own warranty, I turned to
desertcart customer care as a last resort. This is where the
story shifts dramatically. The desertcart executive assigned to
my case was exceptional. They called me weekly with updates, were
transparent about Zebronics' continued silence (the manufacturer
failed to even respond to desertcart's inquiries), and actively
fought for me. Recognizing my case was genuine and valid,
desertcart took responsibility and ultimately issued a full
refund for the monitor's purchase price. Final Verdict The
Zebronics A24 FHD 165Hz may be a decent monitor when functional,
but its three-year warranty is functionally worthless. Do not
purchase this or any other Zebronics product expecting any
after-sales support should something go wrong. The company
prioritizes sales over honoring its commitments. Thank you,
desertcart, for stepping in and proving what true customer
service looks like. And shame on you, Zebronics, for your
dishonest and frustrating failure to honor your own warranty.
