Product description: 71 years ago, the world went down... Pandemic Legacy — Season 2 is an epic, cooperative game. You do not play against each other, but the game plays against you. Your actions affect later games: you change the game plan and the game material, get additional material and experience a continuous story. No two worlds will ever be the same!

The plague came out of nowhere and devastated the world. Most died within a week. Nothing could stop her. The world did its best. It wasn't enough. For three generations, we, the last dispersed survivors of humanity, have lived on floating islands that we call "refuge". Far from the plague, we can supply the mainland with supplies to protect the people left there – and thus ourselves – from being completely subject to them.

We keep an association of the largest known cities alive. But this has become increasingly difficult in recent years. Several farther away cities have fallen from our grid... tomorrow a small group of us will break up to find out what it is about the rest of the world. We don't know what awaits us.

Pandemic Legacy — Season 2 is a standalone game; you do not need Pandemic Legacy - Season 1 or Pandemic or any of the expansions. The contents of the games with yellow and black box are identical.
