From the manufacturer Review: Very useful if you are an egg lover. - I had seen the product in my friend's place and then bought it. So I knew it was going to be useful. I decided to for the 2 layered since the family eats eggs almost daily. I tried steaming Mom's also, which came out very well. It is a good product for steaming, reheating steamed food. Only drawback I found was that the bottom plate is not removable, hence cleaning of that plate is difficult. I needbto use wipes n sponge to clean th bottom plate. Else an amazing product. Review: saves lot of LPG Gas and boiled faster camparely - good product saves lot of GAS and boiled eggs efficiently
