Answering calls using the headset is hit and miss and I find the device uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time despite being padded. Review: Useless, wont charge properly after only a few months - Stopped charging properly after 3 months and get “battery low” message, return window shut as bought Nov 2025, contacted seller as was quickly given a full refund and offered a replacement for free. Things do occasionally go wrong but they could not have done more to solve it
