However upon contacting the seller, they immediately despatched a new replacement container and the product is delivering good performance with chopping. Review: Amazing product - I am using this for some months now. Using it daily. I had earlier bought other choppers but always gone back to my knife and board. With this product I find it very convenient to cut all veggies and fruits all same size cubes. Very handy and can use it with ease. Wish they had slicer blade too in this product.
