The case and clips are magnet so when you pop them into the case they stay in, of you turn them upside down they stay put. When you put the microphones back in they charge from the case immediately so one charge has lasted me for multiple uses. 4/5 overall between functionality, case, battery life, price, it is one of my faves to be fair.
