The 2.5gbe switch is compatible with all ethernet devices that accept CAT5/CAT5E/CAT6 cables, and its high-speed connections guarantee that the unmanaged switch is future-proof for new and fast technology. The 2.5 GBPS switch has lights on every port that indicate its active speed of transmission, which can paint a better picture of the Ethernet access of different components in your system. Furthermore, the ports are PoE (Power of Ethernet) and Gigabit compatible. The "PoE at" (more formally the 802.3at standard) guideline is followed on all ports, providing 30W of available power, while Port 1 is PoE++ compatible, giving its connection up to 90W of power (802.3bt standard). The build of the unmanaged Ethernet network switch is durable, with cold-rolled steel finished in sleek black paint, allowing it to fit seamlessly in almost every environment.
