Topps 1989 Football Cards - 540 pcs Pack

This 396-card standard-size set was issued in 15-card wax packs as well as in factory set form. The 15-card wax packs also included an 1,000 yard club card. Card fronts have color stripes across the border one-quarter of the way down the card. The player's name, team name and position are toward the bottom of the photo. Horizontally designed backs have yearly statistics and highlights. The card are team order according to their finish in 1988. The Team Leader cards have an action scene on the front and a recap of the team's previous season on the back. Rookie Cards include Eric Allen, Steve Beuerlein, Brian Blades, Tim Brown, Mark Carrier (WR), Cris Carter, Michael Irvin, Keith Jackson, Anthony Miller, Chris Miller, Jay Novacek, Michael Dean Perry, Mark Rypien, Sterling Sharpe, Chris Spielman, John Taylor, Thurman Thomas and Rod Woodson.
