Review: Tefal 3in1 Optichef Hand stick blender - versatile and practical - So far so good. I used the blender for soups and the chopper for pesto. It work perfectly fine. Easy to handle and easy to clean as you would expect from a hand blender. The speeds are intuitive and easy to manage whilst in use, however I am not convinced yet of the need to have 20 levels. Maybe something I will need to expereince as I use it more and more with various ingredients. However the turbo is what makes a difference in blending tougher ingredients. I have not used yet the whisker so I cannot comment on this. Overall the quality seem good however is it going to last 35 years like my previous Moulinex ( the motor is still strong on this one but I had to buy a new one as eventually I could not longer find a replacement for the blender foot but can still be used for the other attachments!). Time will tell. The reason why I chose this one is because SEB remains a strong brand (=Tefal = Moulinex) but also because the price remained reasonable compared to other brands.
