My boyfriend has an 800 pound telly and this seems on par quality wise. I'm really impressed. People say about the sound not being good I don't know about that I paired with a creative soundbar which was 60 quid which is equally as impressive and cheap. Feel like I got a premium set up for a fraction of the cost really happy. Review: What's not to like about this TV? - I bought this TV in mid March soon after it's release. The specifications are very good for a TV at this price point. The picture is first class in terms of clarity and definition even on non 4k broadcasts if you are sitting directly in front of it. However picture loses a bit of definition outside a viewing axis between 135 degrees and 225 degrees. Maybe I just don't have the settings correct. TCL can you advise? On balance it is a great buy not just in my view but on YouTube video reviews which show the strengths of this TV. Update 11th July. A software update released yesterday seems to have improved viewing angles and with a recent price drop it is even better value for money.
