The design is beautiful and looks great on the stovetop — the black and gold finish gives it a really classy look. It heats water quickly, the whistle is loud enough to hear without being annoying, and the handle stays comfortable to hold. When I first received the kettle there was a small issue with the lid. I contacted customer service and they were incredibly responsive. They replied quickly and immediately corrected the issue without any hassle. It’s always reassuring when a company stands behind their product and takes care of customers like that. Overall, this is a high-quality kettle that works great and looks fantastic in the kitchen. The excellent customer service made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it.
