Customer Preparations Prior to Installation: • Obtain permission for drilling and product movement within the premises. • Ensure no water pipes obstruct the wall where drilling is required. • Confirm availability of service lift or wide staircase for moving the unit. • Ensure existing installations are removed if a new unit is to be installed at the same location.
